How to do it:

Apply the tonic in strips directly to the scalp. Massage the scalp in circular motions for approx. 5 minutes

Used 2 times per week for the first month. After that, you can settle for 1 time per week for maintenance if it is assessed that the problem has diminished or disappeared.
