Are you not completely satisfied?
Our biggest goal is to help you get the hair you dream of. We have complete confidence in our products and are proud of the high quality. Should your experience, contrary to expectations, not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. This means that if, for example, you do not like the effect of a product or do not feel that the product meets your expectations, you can get the full purchase amount refunded (however, less delivery costs of DKK 39, if you have obtained free shipping).
How to do it
- Fill out and print the return form
We are always looking to improve and your feedback is very important to us! Therefore, we ask that you fill out our returns form and include it with the products you wish to return. You can download the form here .
- Return the package
To benefit from our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, the product must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. You must cover the return shipping costs yourself and the package must be sent to the following address:

Please note that we do not collect return packages from parcel shops. We recommend that you choose a shipping method with tracking as we do not refund products lost in transit. We do not recommend DAO as they often do not deliver directly to business addresses.
Important information
- Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee only applies to private customers who have purchased via trontveit.dk , and does not cover purchases made through our dealers.
- If your purchase included a free gift, this must also be returned. Otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.
